Bridget Mackay is a dedicated attorney focused on helping clients navigate estate planning challenges with clarity and confidence. She is known for her practical and compassionate approach with families when dealing with difficult topics such as death or incapacity.
In her practice, Bridget works closely with individuals and families to protect their legacy through thoughtful and efficient estate planning strategies. She is an active member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, an exclusive organization that provides ongoing education and a nationwide network of estate planning professionals. This affiliation allows her to stay current on best practices and bring well-informed, effective solutions to her clients.
Bridget has been practicing law for over 25 years. Before opening her estate planning practice, Bridget spent 10 years as a Deputy District Attorney in Solano and Sonoma Counties. Her background has equipped her with the skills to handle a wide range of matters while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and care.
Outside the office, Bridget enjoys making the most of her time outdoors and connecting with the things she loves. She is an avid skier who you’ll find on the slopes in Tahoe as often as she can. Closer to home, she spends plenty of time with her Australian Shepherd, Joey. Bridget also has a strong appreciation for live music and can often be found attending concerts and local performances at the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts or the Green Music Center.

At an anxious period in my life, Bridget met with me and immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right place. I worked with both Bridget and Lara throughout several meetings. Their process gives you time to determine how you want to fund your trust and complete the signing of the documents without being rushed. They also provide a period of time for reflection and follow-up for any changes you may need.
